2007年11月17日：復臨安息日會的聚會

於1984年我在華盛頓哥倫比亞特區的時候，我到了復臨安息日會（Seventh Day Adventist）的聚會。當我從門進入的時候，一位長老評論說我的衣服不太好。我告訴他：「這是我所有能穿着的衣服了。」然後我到了聚會的後方。唔，座在我前面的是一個單純的黑人家庭，他們問我從那兒來的，我告訴他們：「加州（California）。」他們問：「你來華盛頓要做甚麼事情？」我告訴他們我出到去外邊傳講　耶穌的話語，以及　祂救恩的訊息，有時我會為一些肉體需要醫治的人們去禱告，有時候為到要得釋放的人們去驅逐邪靈。他們聽見我所說的話都很開心，他們邀請我到他們的家去與他們一起吃午飯，並去告訴他們更多有關我與　主耶穌同行的事情。

那時候我是睡在一個高速公路的橋下方的，有一塊夾板本，一個睡袋和睡枕，那個婦人的兒子邀請我來住在他們的家裏，並問我需不需要更多的我的訊息的影印本去派發出去，我說我可以使用更多的訊息的。唔，他給我帶來數以百計的影印本去派發出去。

唔，在預定的時間之下我於數個星期六到了復臨安息日會的聚會，每一次我去的時候，我都被帶領去給訊息予牧師或探訪的牧師。大部份的訊息都是有關建立他們至聖的信心，以　神的話語去相信，也有訊息是有關我與　主同行所發生的事情，從而去幫助他們去於每天在　聖靈帶領之下活出他們真正的信心。

我從一個耳聾的婦人得到了一個報告，那婦人被帶領去禱告並相信大能的醫治，她透過電話去幫助了一個陌生人，然後這神蹟發生了。我有一本有關大能的醫治的書，我把這書給了她，因為我們知道她的傳道工作就是在信心醫治方面的工作。

唔，最後一次我出席這復臨安息日會的聚會的時候，一個探訪的安息日會牧師來到，他說如果他聽不見　聖靈的聲音，又或任何說話與聖經不符合的話，他是不會去相信的。他然後說：「這裏有沒有人於這星期內有大能的醫治發生在他們身上？如果有的話，請舉手。」然後有大概20人舉手。　聖靈現在於這群人當中是活着的了，於是我的工作便完成了，那時我正準備到埃及去，成就　神對我的另一個任命。

約翰福音14:15說：「你們若愛　我，就遵守　我的誡命。」誡命是有十條的，包括遵守第七日的安息日。當你閱讀使徒行傳中真正的　耶穌基督的教會的情況，這指出了這些基督徒思想他們所有的東西都是屬於　神的，他們被帶領去分享他們的東西出來，去供應所有人的需用，並不是貪心或貪婪的需求，這些都要離去，所有我（I）、我的（Me）和屬於我的（Mine）都要完結並去說：「是的，　主耶穌。」去遵行　祂對我們所有的命令。

首先我們要禱告：「　主，讓我被帶領去知道我能夠做甚麼去取悅　主祢呢？」路加福音6:46，然後：「　主，帶領我到某人，又或某些人，去讓我成為他們物質上又或屬靈上的祝福，就如撒馬利亞人般的基督徒一樣。」路加福音10:27-37。我們要真的讓　聖靈於我們每天的生命中去引領我們，並透過信心去成就。是靈給予人生命，而不是律法，要透過我們的信心於行動中行出來。

我們需要放下馬利‧愛倫‧懷（Mary Ellen White）的書藉，去讓　主耶穌的話語於每天帶領我們。當　主揀選大衛作為王的時候，　神是看他的內心，而不是外表，撒母耳記上16:6-7。

I was glad to receive your reply.

I went to a Seventh Day Adventist meeting in Washington, D.C. in 1984. When I walked in the door, an elder commented upon my clothes, that they were not so good. I told him, "This is all I have to wear," and went to the back of this meeting. Well, seated in front of me was a simple black family who asked me where I was from and I told them "California." They asked, "What do you do here in Washington?", and I told him that I go out and preach the Words of of Jesus and His salvation message, and that I sometimes prayed for people who need physical healings, and sometimes cast out evil spirits of people wanting to be set free. They were so glad to hear what I had to say they invited me to their home to have lunch with them and to tell them more about my walk with Lord Jesus.

At that time I was sleeping under a freeway road bridge on a sheet of plywood and with a sleeping bag and pillow, and the son of the woman asked me to come and stay at their home and asked if I needed any more copies of my messages to give out, and I said that I could use a few more. Well, he brought me several hundreds to give out.

Well, I would go to this Seventh Day Adventist meeting each Saturday for a time appointed and every time I would go, I was given to give messages to the pastor or visiting pastors. Most of the messages were about building up their most holy faith using God's Word to believe what has happened to me in my walk can happen to them if they do live real faith being led by the Holy Spirit each day.

During this time I got a report from a dear humble woman who was given to pray believing in divine healing for a stranger over the phone, and the divine miracle happened. I had a book about divine healings with me and I gave it to her as we both knew her personal ministry was a faith healing ministry.

Well, the last meeting I went to at this Seventh Day Adventist, a visiting Adventist pastor came and stated that if he did not hear from the Holy Ghost and if the Word did not agree, he would not believe. He then said, "Has anyone here had any divine miracles happen to them this week? If so, put up your hand," and about 20 persons put up their hand. The Holy Spirit was now alive in this group, so my work was done, and I was set to go to Egypt, my next appointment of God.

John 14:15 says, "If you love me, keep My commandments," ten of them, that is, including keeping the seventh day sabbath. When you read the account in the book of Acts of the real church of Jesus Christ, it states these Christians considered all they had as belonging to God and they were given to share to meet everyone's needs, not wants of covetousness or greediness which all has to go, and all that is of I, Me, and Mine, has to end and to say, "Yes, Lord Jesus" to obey all His commands of us.

First we are to pray, "Lord, let me be given to know what I can do to please you as my Lord", Luke 6:46, and "Lord, lead me to some person or persons I could be a blessing to physically or spiritually, to be as a samaritan-type Christian," Luke 10:27 to 37. We are to truly let the Holy Spirit lead and guide us in our daily life by the faith to do so. It's the spirit that gives life, not the letter of the Law, but the using of our faith in action.

We need to set down Mary Ellen White's book down and let the words of Lord Jesus to lead us each day. When the Lord chose David to be king, He looked at his heart, not on the outside appearance, I Samuel 16:6-7.
