2008年10月10日：聽見有人從真理的道上倒退，這固然是一件令人傷心的事情

給身在……的……弟兄和其他弟兄姊妹們，

聽見有人從真理的道上倒退，這固然是一件令人傷心的事情；然而　祂在帖撒羅尼迦前書2:1-3所記載的話卻必需被成就的；由此，我們便曉得撒但快將顯露。

正如經上所說，我們的信心都必須經過試煉、從行動中好顯明我們所存的是真正的信心。當我們活在甚少或沒有逼迫的地方，我們的信心便會趨於軟弱。踏出公眾地方，去顯出我們所宣稱的信心吧！那才是真正有逼迫的地方。在這末後的日子，我們需要極大的忍耐，去承受並通過許多的試煉。

我們看見中國那裏的真正基督徒為真道的緣故歷盡逼迫，但真正的基督教會卻因此變得強壯，人數正不斷增加。由此我們可見，這正是為何屬撒但的人們氣得癲狂的原因了。但當魔鬼到臨的時候，牠將會向持守真道的真正基督徒愈發惱怒，這是因他們知道誰掌管他們的將來──那就是　主。至於餘下的所謂基督徒，就是像啟示錄 3:14-17所記載、那些老底嘉教會型的基督徒。他們行事為人毫無真正的信心，不過是空有敬虔公義的外貌而已。正如雅各書2:17-18 + 26所記載，信心沒有行為都是虛空的。

正因如此，你們當如猶大書1:20所記載般，在至聖的真道上造就自己，得以承受賞賜，正如　祂的話語──啟示錄22:11-12 + 14所記載的，那天快要來臨了。

我也禱告，願你們所有人仍然信心堅固，在這環境日益惡劣的持久戰中繼續彼此相愛，直到　祂把　祂所精心揀選、有忠心的都召去的那一天，往　主、彼得、約翰和眾聖徒等待著你們的地方去。

Dear brother ............ and other brethren there in ............,

It is sad to hear of persons fallen away from the faith, but it is written in His Word that it would be as written in II Thessalonians 2:1-3, so that we know that Satan is soon to appear.

We know that it is written we all shall be tested or tried to reveal our real faith, in action, that is. Where there is little or no persecution our faith tends to be weak. It's stepping out in public to profess our faith where the real persecution comes into being to be revealed. We need much patience in these last days to endure through many tests.

We see in China where the real Christians go through much persecution for their faith, but the real Christian church gets stronger and grows in numbers. So we see why Satan's people get mad at this situation. But wait until the devil arrives, for he will get more angry at the real Christians for their faith to endure, for they know who holds their future - it is the Lord. The rest of these so-called Christians who are liken the Laodician-type Christians of Revelation 3:14 to 17 just play a form of righteousness without real faith do they live. It's all vanity without works of faith as written in James 2:17-18 + 26.

So do build up your most holy faith as written in Jude 20 to be able to receive the rewards as written in His Word in Revelation 22:11-12 + 14, soon one day.

I do pray that all of you remain strong in the faith and continue your love for one another in this ongoing battle that will grow much worse until the day He calls all His very elect chosen and faithful away to where the Lord, Peter, John, and all the rest of the saints await you.
