2008年11月25日：致以色列國會

致致以色列國會，

全能之　神以羅因（Elohim）如此吩咐說：你們必須打消於真以色列人的右手或前額裏植入生物晶片的任何念頭！

任何接受並植入生物晶片的人都會成為全能之　神以羅因的敵人，　祂必重重懲治他！任何在植入晶片的進程中有分的以色列國會成員，都會成為　我──全能之　神以羅因的敵人！

我──全能的　造物神將會在你們的眼前施行神蹟，使整個中東地區因著　我的大能而改變，正如　我神聖的話語中所記載的。

我已透過我的僕人先知──提斯比人以利亞說話，在以色列將不會有充足的雨水降下。而隨著雨水停止降下，這會證明他是奉　我的差遣，去告訴所有以色列民必須悔改他們所行的惡事，他們所行的都在敵擋　我神聖的律法──十誡。

To the Israeli Knesset,

Almighty G-d Elohim demands of you to stop any thought of the implanting of these biochips in the right hand or forehead of any true Israelite person.

Any person who accepts this biochip implant becomes an enemy of Almighty G-d Elohim and will be severely judged by Him. Any Knesset member who has anything to do with this program to implant this biochip will be as an enemy before I, Almighty G-d Elohim.

I the Almighty G-d Creator am going to do wonders before your very eyes to cause the whole Middle East to be changed by My Almighty power as written to be in My holy Word.

I had my Servant prophet Eliyahu the Tishbite to speak that the abundant rains would not fall upon Israel. So it has stopped to prove I have sent Him to Israel to tell all of Israel to repent of all the evil they have done are doing against My Holy Law the Ten Commandments.
